90-Minute Private Strategy Intensive

This Strategic Advisory & Coaching Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of [Effective Date].

(the “Company”)

Checkout Terms & Client Agreement

By checking the box and completing payment, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the following terms.

1. Purchase

I am purchasing the Invisible Expert Breakthrough Intensive™ from About Face Image Consulting Inc.

The Intensive is a private ninety-minute strategic advisory and coaching session delivered remotely by Zoom or another mutually agreed remote platform.

The purchase price is the amount shown at checkout. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

2. Nature of the Intensive

The purpose of the Intensive is to provide strategic insight, perspective, and advisory guidance related to my visibility, positioning, messaging, leadership presence, perceived value, professional authority, business/career opportunities, or how my expertise is being recognized, understood, remembered, or chosen.

I understand that this is a focused strategy session only.

It is not a 30-day program, long-term coaching engagement, implementation engagement, consulting retainer, done-for-you service, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice, accounting advice, HR advice, medical advice, or career placement service.

3. Scope of Services

During the Intensive, About Face Image Consulting Inc. may provide strategic advisory and coaching guidance related to one or more of the following:

• Visibility, positioning, messaging, or perceived authority
• Leadership presence or executive presence
• Recognition, credibility, or professional brand perception
• Blind spots, missed opportunities, or perception gaps
• Client attraction, business positioning, or career visibility
• Strategic next steps based on the information I provide

The exact focus of the Intensive will depend on my goals, circumstances, priorities, and the information I provide.

4. What Is Not Included

I understand and agree that the following are not included:

• Additional sessions
• Ongoing coaching or advisory support
• Email, text, Voxer, social media, or direct message support before or after the Intensive
• Website creation, editing, review, or management
• Funnel creation, automation, or technical setup
• Copywriting, graphic design, branding design, or marketing production
• Social media management or content creation
• Implementation support, accountability support, or project management
• Legal, tax, accounting, financial, compliance, HR, medical, or therapeutic advice
• Career placement, recruiting services, job guarantees, promotion guarantees, employment negotiation services, or guaranteed opportunities

No services outside this scope are included, even if they are discussed verbally, informally, by message, by email, or during the Intensive.

Any additional services require a separate written agreement.

5. Scheduling and Completion

The Intensive must be scheduled and completed within thirty (30) calendar days of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing by About Face Image Consulting Inc.

The services begin at the scheduled session time and are complete at the end of the ninety-minute Intensive.

I understand that if I delay scheduling or fail to make myself available within the thirty-day period, I am not entitled to a refund, credit, transfer, replacement session, or extension unless About Face Image Consulting Inc. agrees in writing or unless required by applicable law.

6. Rescheduling, Late Arrival, and Missed Sessions

I may request to reschedule the Intensive once by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice before the scheduled start time.

If I miss the session, arrive late, leave early, fail to attend, or fail to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours’ written notice of a rescheduling request, the session may be considered delivered and forfeited.

No refund, credit, replacement session, transfer, or extension will be provided for missed sessions, late arrival, early departure, lack of preparation, technical issues on my side, or failure to use the full session time, except where required by applicable law.

If About Face Image Consulting Inc. needs to reschedule due to illness, emergency, technology failure, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, About Face Image Consulting Inc. will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Intensive.

7. No Refunds

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, all fees are final, non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable.

I understand and agree that:

• The Intensive is customized, strategic, time-limited, and immediately consumable
• I am purchasing access to the Company’s time, expertise, preparation, strategic thinking, perspective, insight, advisory skill, and coaching
• The value of the Intensive is delivered through the strategic advisory process itself
• I am not purchasing a guaranteed result

No refunds, credits, reversals, cancellations, or transfers will be issued because of dissatisfaction, change of mind, change of circumstances, failure to attend, lack of implementation, perceived lack of results, disagreement with the advice provided, or my later decision that I did not need or want the service.

8. No Guarantees

I understand that About Face Image Consulting Inc. makes no guarantees regarding:

• Revenue
• Profitability
• Business success
• Client acquisition
• Career advancement
• Promotions
• Employment opportunities
• Visibility
• Recognition
• Confidence
• Speaking opportunities
• Media opportunities
• Referrals
• Partnerships
• Sales
• Financial outcomes
• Personal transformation
• Any specific result

I understand that outcomes depend on my own decisions, actions, implementation, communication, market conditions, timing, audience, reputation, experience, industry, and other external factors beyond the Company’s control.

9. Client Responsibility

I am solely responsible for my decisions, actions, implementation, business choices, career choices, financial choices, professional choices, and personal outcomes.

I understand that About Face Image Consulting Inc. does not make decisions for me and does not assume managerial, operational, fiduciary, legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, employment, or compliance responsibility.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

I agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any billing concern directly with About Face Image Consulting Inc. before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or complaint with a payment processor, credit card issuer, bank, or financial institution.

I understand that if I initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, this Checkout Terms & Client Agreement, the payment record, scheduling confirmation, communication history, and evidence of service delivery may be provided to the payment processor, credit card issuer, bank, or financial institution.

If I initiate a chargeback or payment dispute contrary to these terms and the dispute is resolved in favour of About Face Image Consulting Inc., I remain responsible for the original fee plus any chargeback fees, administrative fees, collection costs, and reasonable legal fees incurred by About Face Image Consulting Inc., to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights I may have under applicable law.

11. Additional Agreement

I understand that About Face Image Consulting Inc. may send me a more detailed agreement for signature after purchase.

That detailed agreement may further clarify these terms, but I understand that the core terms of this purchase — including the nature of the Intensive, scope of services, exclusions, payment terms, no-refund policy, no-guarantee terms, scheduling terms, and client responsibilities — are agreed to now by checking the box and completing payment.

12. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.

13. Acceptance

By checking the box and completing payment, I confirm that:

• I have read these terms
• I understand these terms
• I agree to these terms
• I understand that the purchase is non-refundable except where required by applicable law
• I understand that no result is guaranteed
• I understand that no ongoing support or implementation is included
